Job Description

HEAD OF CUSTOMER SERVICE | LADIES FASHION BRAND | MANCHESTER | UP TO £70,000An amazing opportunity has arisen to join a fast growing, premium and specialist fashion brand in Manchester. Due to the demand which they have been experiencing they are now in need of a Head of Customer Service to join their Senior Leadership Team to provide the consumer with the best customer service experience, making their customer, old & new, return again & again!Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the businesss growth strategy by executing new strategies and principles across your department to make a seamless consumer experience
  • Bring the premium element of the brands clothing into the after care for the customer
  • Manage a department across multiple sites in the UK from head office to warehouses
  • Push to achieve a Trust Pilot review of 5*
  • Inform the CFO of customer service journey and new implementation strategies along with results that you are seeing on a weekly basis
  • Monitor team workload vs customer enquires and customer satisfaction rates
  • Implement new ways of working to streamline the customer service experience; building new reports, rolling out new automated software, improving IT and systems
  • Continuously analysis and deep dive into new and historic data around customer service reviews and experience
  • Proactively engage with other parts of the business to improve the department from a systems or ways of working perspective through; finance, IT, logistics and ops
  • Be a people developer, always putting the development of your team at the forefront of tasks
  • Delegate roles and projects effectively and fairly to bring the best out of your teams capabilities
You will be:
  • Experienced with managing budgets and spend
  • Confident speaker
  • Excellent communicator
  • Experienced with reporting into Director or CFO level
  • Been within an ecom/pure play business previously (desired, not essential)
