  • 2+ years leadership experience
  • 5+ tech sales experience
  • Client and stakeholder management
Responsibilties
  • Day-2-Day management of CCBS Division Customer Account Management Team
  • In conjunction with the Talent Acquisitions Team, recruiting open positions
  • Reductions in customer churn
  • Driving up-sell & cross-sell revenue
  • Attach rates for ClearAccept payments platform to installed customer base
  • In conjunction with the Division Marketing Team, creating & executing nurture & marketing campaigns for the installed customer base
  • Overall responsibility for Division installed customer base revenue number & achievement of targets
