Job Description

Head of CRMManchester/Hybrid WorkingUp to £65k On behalf of our growing client based in Manchester, we are recruiting for a talented Head of CRM. As Head of CRM, you will be responsible for the CRM strategy for potential customers, where you will oversee its implementation, execution, and reporting.The Head of CRM will be responsible for:

  • Developing the CRM and contact strategy through text, email, mail, and any other applicable channels.
  • Leading projects with a range of internal and external stakeholders, e.g.
  • Product, Tech, Data, Analytics, Creative, Strategy teams, platform providers, and other external agencies.
  • Regularly reporting on and owning CRM performance metrics including deliverability, open rate, click rate, conversion rate, and solution rate.
  • Producing and recording documentation required for product governance, with the ability to provide training to new users and less technical stakeholders
The Head of CRM will have the following:
  • Expert understanding of email marketing and a strong desire to work across multiple customer marketing channels.
  • Intermediate level Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Expertise in Pardot and Salesforce.
