Were currently partnering with a fast growing, well-respected, Property & Facilities Management group with operations across the UK. Having massively increased the assets currently under management the need has been identified for an experienced, commercialand pragmatic Head of Client Accounting to join the team. Working closely with the Group Finance Director but reporting directly into the Director of Asset Management, the Head of Client Finance will manage a team of 4 Service Charge Accountants and Client Finance Managers, further developing a high calibre function,working closely with the executive team. It is essential that the successful candidate is motivated by value creation and is excited by an entrepreneurial and fast paced environment.Key responsibilities* Managing a Service Charge & Client Finance team of 4, monitoring the performance of the team and ensuring all service level agreements, KPIs and compliance is adhered to.* Ensure the team delivers concise and complete information to their stakeholders both internally and externally.* Lead on complex financial issues and queries * Provide robust oversight and contribute expertise on key client service charge accounts* Review and sign off external client reporting* Onboarding and setting up new assets on Qube* Review and development of processes and controls for finance and the wider business* Oversee the production of monthly cashflow forecasts, property management accounts etcCandidate requirements: * Extensive knowledge of Service Charge Accounting and/or Client Accounting. * A solid background within the property industry, ideally commercial property.* Team management experience* The ability to business partner with both internal and external stakeholders, and develop strong and mutually beneficial relationships with clients.
