Job Description

Head of Acquisition - Fully Remote - Manchester - 60k - B2C Lead-genWe are seeking an experienced Performance Marketer to oversee and lead a market leaders multi-channel customer acquisition strategy as their Head of Acquisition.This is a standalone role joining an established team with the support of a highly-regarded agency and budget management of a 6+ figure sum.This is a fully remote vacancy that can be based anywhere in the UK. The team get together once per quarter.Responsibilities:

  • Devise and oversee execution of a multi-channel acquisition strategy (Paid Social, Paid Search, SEO)
  • Own key agency relationship & allocation of budget
  • Support in ATL campaigns
  • Work closely with wider Marketing team to align performance channels with wider activity
  • Identify areas of automation and channel improvements
  • Drive quality leads through effective acquisition strategies with key targets in mind
  • Analyse and report on campaign / channel performance to key stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a previous strategic performance marketing role
  • Proven experience devising a multi-channel acquisition strategy
  • Sound understanding / knowledge of the full marketing mix & digital best practices
  • Previous experience overseeing an agency is preferred but not essential
  • Excellent communicator & stakeholder management
