Group Property and Estates Manager - Waste and Recycling centres - £70k - £100k - Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool, Lincoln.This role will be working at group level overseeing a large and diverse waste and recycling portfolio of companies and sites.Over the last 6 years the company has grown considerably through acquisition and has plans to double in size over the next 3 years.The overall property strategy is to look at centralising estates delivery across all companies and sites that requires someone who can lead on property development projects across the UK (some sites are in need of immediate improvement and development).You will monitor project progress, resolve issues and report on performance.It will need someone that can conduct due diligence on property transactions (including business acquisitions), negotiate commercial contracts and incorporate elements of surveying and planning to meet the needs of the business while ensuring legislativecompliance.You will oversee property assets, maintenance and upkeep to ensure compliance with quality standards and legal requirements.Qualifications and experienceA Degree in Real Estate Management, Property Management, Business or related field (Masters preferred)Proven experience in property portfolio management, property development, surveying and planning,Strong negotiation skills and lease management experience, with an in depth knowledge of property laws, regulations and compliance.Strategic thinking and problem solving skills, results driven with a focus on cost reduction income maximisation.Experience of working in Waste and Recycling centres would be preferred.For more information, please call James Sampson on--- Fusion People are committed to promoting equal opportunities to people regardless of age, gender, religion, belief, race, sexuality or disability.
