This is an opening for an agency based or client-side marketing Executive with approximately 1 - 2 years experience looking for a role which has masses of creativity and balancing of different campaigns, and more importantly, its with a company which issteeped in prestige and is a real innovator in the property sector. Based in the heart of Manchester, the marketing department is evolving very quickly and already has some real superstars in it and is run like a mini-agency so best of both worlds, so to speak. They are financially rock solid which is important during thesetough times and their objectives for growth have exceeded expectations at every juncture.The role:On joining this established property developer which has been changing the skyline of Manchester for over two decades, you will quickly gauge why they have been so good at what they do and more importantly, why their levels of staff retention and developmentare as good as any. The culture is grounded, supportive, empowering and generally just a great place to be.Working in tandem with the wider marketing & creative team, you will be key in developing and executing a range of marketing campaigns - at your disposal is a brilliant mix of long serving employees, who offer fantastic insight and knowledge on the business,as well as a good injection of new talent who bring new fresh ideas.You will be working on some highly creative campaigns across a range of digital and print platforms, as well as events to support in the marketing and sales of market-leading commercial property and lettings products. Youll play a crucial role in the conceptualisationprocess of projects, overseeing their execution and effectively communicating design-focused considerations when being briefed on tasks by the wider business. You will also be overseeing the interior design of properties, supporting creatives with video /photo shoots & sourcing imagery and keeping image libraries up to date . Another key element of the role will be ongoing involvement and interaction with several areas of the business, such as sales and key stakeholders in order to keep driving campaigns that are increasing brand awareness.What were looking for:This role will suit someone who is most likely looking for their second career move and has approximately 18 months + experience in a marketing or agency-based environment. B2C experience would be handy on this one and it is very important that you enjoy boththe creative and pragmatic side of marketing. Youll also have a creative flare with a great eye for Instagramable moments, a problem solver with a can-do attitude and genuine desire to learn, plus a solid understanding of consumer social media platforms (Facebook / Instagram / Twitter) & handy if youhave experience of photography (professional or as a hobby) & the Adobe creative suite.It is imperative that you are used to working on online and offline campaigns, have an eye for design & would love to work on marketing some of the most stylish and contemporary properties in the region.Whats on offerA salary up to £28/29,000 plus superb bonuses and the chance to work for a company which a true success story and their levels of staff retention and opportunities for growth are first class.
