Eden Brown are looking for a Grounds Maintenance Operative to work for a housing association in Greater Manchester. The role will involve looking after the external areas of the housing associations portfolio of properties, from strimming and hedge cutting to cleaning communal areas and general upkeep of the communal areas. Experience in the use of lawnmowers, strimmers and other tools is essential and a PA1 and PA6 Pesticide Licence would also be an advantage.You will ideally have a background in commercial gardening and have a full driving licence. This is a long term role and will be working in a small team on a variety of projects n South Manchester.*This role is only live after the ease on lockdown restrictions.
