Job Description

Our client, a Fit-out Contract, based in Manchester are seeking a Graphic Designer to join the Marketing Team due to continued growth within the business. The Graphic Designer, must have excellent creative skills with a portfolio that highlights your passionfor design. You will work within a team of Graphic Designers creating output across a variety of design platforms within set timeframes.The Graphic Designer will work across digital, print, and other media, for our clients websites, social media, and pitch materials for direct sales opportunities.The role requires a close working relationship with the creative and sales teams across the group and somebody capable of driving forward with a positive, problem-solving attitude. The individual must be motivated and able to use their initiative.Graphic Designer Position Overview

  • Design consistent work for pitch documentation, including illustrations and infographics
  • Refine images, fonts and layouts using graphic design software
  • Apply typography techniques
  • Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services
  • Increase user friendliness in digital products
  • Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects
  • Liaise with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools
Graphic Designer Position Requirements
  • Degree educated or equivalent experience in Marketing, Design, Communications, Architecture or Interior Design
  • A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
  • Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
  • Study design briefs and determine requirements
  • Experience working on RFP, Tenders and creative pitches.
Graphic Designer Position Remuneration
  • Salary: £28k - £32k DOE (possibly more for a strong candidate)
  • Car Allowance DOE
  • 30 days holiday including BH (option to purchase an extra 5 days)
