Job Description

A leading, luxury, e-commerce beauty brand focused on providing both quality and affordability is looking for a Graphic Designer!We have a rare opportunity for a powerhouse Graphic Designer to join our friendly and creative team. The ideal candidate would bring fresh and innovative thinking to the team, as well as being immersed within the beauty industry and excited by this sector.No two days will be the same, and the right candidate will be working across really exciting sectors of the business including packaging, social media, web content, press releases, POS, presentations, exhibitions, photoshoots and more.The ideal candidate will be well established within their design career, with at least 2 years of relevant industry experience with exceptional confidence in their ability to create.To be successful in this role, youll have to be full of genius ideas, as well as have the skill set and technical know-how to execute them. Youll be expected to present new ideas to the CEOs and Senior Designer, offer new and unique creative solutionsand take ownership over the work youre tasked with doing.What Youll Be Doing:

  • Designing scroll stopping, ahead of the times social media content, setting trends with your work.
  • Re-touching both lifestyle and model images where needed.
  • Designing, overseeing and completing beauty packaging projects.
  • Creating ads content using both UGC and brand assets.
  • Updating and maintaining all website imagery.
  • Managing your own workload and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Planning and partaking in regular lifestyle/content photoshoots.
  • Working alongside the Senior Designer to solve creative problems and position the brand at the forefront of the industry.
What Youll bring to the role:
  • A collaborative individual, with a team-based approach.
  • Able to work to high standards and tight deadlines.
  • Confidence when presenting new ideas to the team.
  • Have strong conceptual skills, including the ability to develop integrated ideas that transcend different media and connect with very specific audiences.
  • Able to juggle different tasks at a time.
  • Confident using Shopify for ecommerce image updates.
  • Able to use the Adobe Suite seamlessly, with a big focus on Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Articulate, and a great speller!
  • A design perfectionist, with a big focus on alignment, text formatting, and image quality.
  • Keen to develop, progress, and learn.
