We are looking for driven, energetic graduates to join our expanding, busy team of legal and compliance recruiters based in our beautiful office in No.1 Spinningfields. • Super basic salary between £18,000 - £22,000 dependent on experience (opportunity to move up to £24k in your first 6 months and £26k in your first 12 months)
• Up to 25% commission available from Day 1
• First 6 month and 12 month additional incentive bonus scheme of up to £2,000

The role would suit an ambitious, hard-working individual with a natural commercial flair and desire to achieve their targets and earn big money.You will be given the opportunity to place legal professionals across all practice areas into roles with the UKs leading law firms. We pride ourselves on the fact we have established a reputable name in the legal market and have plentiful of existing clientsand candidates ready to work with from the offset!Progressing and developing our staff is hugely important to us! From Day 1 you will receive training through our bespoke training programme which will equip you with the knowledge, skills and resources necessary to become a successful consultant. Our careerpath allows the opportunity to be promoted twice within your first 12 months as well as the opportunity to fast track to our senior recruitment consultant level route.
