Role: Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Graduate Focused Training ProgrammeLocation: Central ManchesterPackage: £20 - 23K Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission Structure (£35K OTE Year 1) (£45K OTE Year 2) (£60K OTE Year 3)Our client is and high performing, high growth recruitment agency, specialising in construction.   • Screening prospective job applicants to evaluate their skills and qualifications
  • Producing and posting job adverts that attract appropriate candidates
  • Responsive relationship management with candidates as well as utmost attention to client mandates and timely project delivery.
  • You will build and develop client and candidate relationships through the recruiting process.
  • Supporting both clients and candidates to offer stage
  • Business development, brining new clients on board
