He is looking to bring on graduates, who he can train personally AND fund an external trainer for added support to kickstart your recruitment career. The hands on approach enables graduates to feelvalued, and some success stories include entry-level candidates hitting multiple promotions in year one and 6 figure turnovers. Theyre located in one of the most sought out locations in Manchester city centre- Spinningfields. The office space is incrediblymodern and surrounded by some of Manchesters most popular bars and restaurants. They are growing rapidly, with offices in Manchester, London and Boston, with clients spanning all over the world. Being a global company, within the financial sector, enablesan incredible opportunity to make HUGE fees and benefit from target-hitting perks such as; trips away (Cape town, Vegas and Krakow), monthly lunch clubs and regular nights out.Benefits/What You Get:

  • Basic salary of £22,000 (above the average for similar roles in Manchester)
  • Average commission: Year 1 - £35,000, Year 2 - £50K-£60K, Year 3 - £65K-£80K (All Uncapped!)

  • Mentoring program from the founder as well as an external trainer
