Basic Salary £25000Uncapped Commission StructureFirst Year OTE, £40,000Second Year OTE, £65,000Third Year OTE, -£100,000Top Biller within the Company- Billed $500k in San Francisco Office.The Role- Graduate Recruitment ConsultantYou will be placing candidates into a variety of roles within technology, digital and change/ transformation roles ranging from top to bottom of the ladder.Responsibilities include:
  • Generation of new business
  • Producing advertisements for new roles
  • Preparing candidates for interviews and roles
  • Managing and improving relationships with clients
About you:
  • Ideal candidates will meet most if not all the following criteria:
  • Minimum of a 2:1 degree from a recognized University
  • Self- starting individual with a healthy work ethic.
  • Strong communication skills, including phone and face to face skills
  • A social individual capable of building rapport
  • Financially motivated individuals
