Job Description

CSG Talent are recruiting for a Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our busy and growing Manchester team. Specialising in the Tech/IT industry you will be responsible for building relationships with businesses and placing experienced candidates in Developerand Software roles.As part of our established training programme you will learn theory and practical based skills on headhunting, advertising, sales, negotiating, pitching and account management. Once fully trained & after graduating from the Recruitment Academy you will joinyour high performing team as an Executive Search Consultant with placements already under your belt and client relationships developed in your specialist market.About youWe are looking for a motivated, ambitious and engaging candidate who is seeking a fulfilling and highly rewarding career in recruitment. To be considered for this role you will have the following skills & attributes.

  • Educated to degree level in any discipline
  • Proven work experience throughout or after your studies in sales, customer service or client facing roles
  • Consider yourself a peoples person: a natural flair for relationship building and strong communication skills are essential in this role
  • Proactive in approach: you must want to learn and have the desire to develop and succeed
  • Resilience: the ability to dust yourself off and jump straight back in when things get tough
  • A team player: the importance of being in it together is important to us as thats the only way we will continue to grow
