What does the role involve As a graduate IT specialist at Hilti, youll be helping employees on a daily basis ensuring their tech is working for them and helping the business to run efficiently and effectively. This could be setting up a new starter with all of their IT equipment/phonesetc through to troubleshooting software and solving ad-hoc IT incident requests.As you develop in the role, youll go on to gain exposure to large scale projects and have the opportunity to be a subject lead on specific topics.We dont need you to have any previous experience (although its great if you do) as full training will be provided and tailored around your individual needs. Youll be given a buddy in the team to shadow and work alongside and you will have a mentor whowill help drive your development.Once again Hilti has been awarded as a Great Place to Work. • A degree in an IT related discipline/field
• Previous work experience in a customer facing role (shop/bar work etc is acceptable)
• A passion for IT beyond your studies (demonstrable from hobbies/extra curricular activities)
