Role:
  • Outbound call to businesses to sell the full range of all TIOs products and services
  • Build a pipeline of sales opportunities for the company through generating and maintaining new business opportunities via the phone, email and social media
  • Perform all activity within regulatory standards, GDPR, quality policies and FCA regulations
  • Complete all reports, system and CRM updates in a timely and accurate manner
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of TIOs products, systems and business processes, in order to have valuable conversations with the clients
  • Create an excellent working relationship across the TIO colleague community.
  • Support the Sales Manager team through generating new leads and business for them
  • Be an on-demand point of contact for the customers through resolving any issues which they may have
Requirements:
  • Educated to degree level
  • Customer-centric approach, resilient and comfortable working in a target driven environment
  • Confident engaging with individuals of all levels of seniority
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skillsyou must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
  • Computer literate with experience of sales CRM and/or Lead Management systems
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed and high energy
