Job Description

Graduate BREEAM Consultant | Greater Manchester | Permanent Ref: DB2042Competitive Salary Plus BenefitsA brilliant opportunity for a Graduate BREEAM Consultant to join a well-established, multi-disciplinary building services engineering consultancy. The successful candidate will work across a range of sectors such as, commercial, residential, industrial,retail and leisure.Graduate BREEAM Consultant Requirements:

  • Degree or Masters in building services, sustainability, energy or similar
  • Knowledge of BREEAM
  • Brilliant time management and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of Building Regulations, energy codes and planning requirements throughout the UK
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Graduate BREEAM Consultant Duties:
  • Liaise with design team, statutory authorities, and contractors
  • Support BREEAM Assessments from planning through to completion
  • Produce energy/sustainability statements and strategies
  • Assist with early design modelling looking at passive design measures
