Job Description

Global HR Business Partner(APAC and Middle East)Office location: Sheffield or Manchester (Hybrid working)LHH Recruitment Solutions (formerly Badenoch & Clark) is partnered with a leading international law firm, assisting with the appointment of an HR Business Partner who will be based in the UK, aligned to the APAC and Middle East offices.This is a fast-paced strategic HR generalist role, which requires a proven, commercial HR Business Partner or HR Manager with international experience. The post holder must be someone who thrives on developing strong relationships, who will successfullyuse their communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills to embed themselves as a trusted advisor.The HR Business Partner will lead on relationships and discussions with senior stakeholders across their remit, setting the HR and Talent agenda for their region (APAC and Middle East), taking into consideration the strategic business plans for their location/sand the firms people strategy. They will bring commercial and pragmatic HR expertise to discussions with key stakeholders, partnering with colleagues across the whole HR function to design and deliver well thought through people solutions.Key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering on the firm-wide people plan and cyclical activity across their region/s, to include: performance management (PDR) cycle, salary and bonus review, implementation of business charters and wellbeing strategy
  • Leading on projects and initiatives for the firm and identifying and acting on opportunities to coach and develop colleagues within the function
  • Providing trusted one to one guidance to stakeholders on HR matters
  • Partnering with the Employee Relations team to provide advice to leaders on complex policy and employee relations issues
We require an experienced HR professional with strong commercial acumen, who has experience working across an international stakeholder group. Were looking for demonstrable strategic thinking skills with the ability to develop business strategy and issuesinto a people strategy and plan. The post holder needs to operate as a true business leader and must have proven experience operating at this senior level.This is expected to be a busy yet rewarding role, offering the opportunity of autonomy and variety, with plenty of exciting development opportunities.
