We add value by promoting the capabilities, value, and success metrics of the Global A&R Team to our Academic Partners. We are the faceof the A&R team with Boundless Learning Partners and the key thought partner for the Portfolio Management team. Through our deep business and partnership knowledge and connection, we develop and ensure on-point delivery of the student acquisition & retentiongo to market plans that span all Boundless Learning marketing, enrollment, and retention capabilities. That is how the Global Go To Marketing Planning & Strategy team drives success for our partners and Boundless Learning.About the RoleKey Accountabilities

  • Stewarding the A&R strategy development for the partnership
  • Monitoring, reviewing, and reporting on partnership acquisition and retention performance
  • Supporting the A&R strategy development for the partnership
  • Supporting the development and maintenance of stakeholder relationship as it relates to the A&R Team and in partnership with the Portfolio Management Team
Responsibilities
  • Contract and proforma metric tracking for A&R
  • Partner-facing reporting for performance updates
  • Performance deck development and maintenance for A&R
  • Lead deep dive analyses for areas of opportunity/risk
  • Asset review, approval, and maintenance
  • Product catalog development and monitoring for A&R
  • Post-Term performance reviews and strategy development
  • Support quarterly partner performance update meetings
  • Represent the A&R team in ad-hoc partnership meetings as required
About You
  • Knowledge of the end-to-end learner and partner experience (Marketing, Enrolment and Retention)
  • Strategic aptitude with an ability to diagnose and assess tactical performance
  • Ability to influence across all Boundless Learning teams
  • Exceptional communicators with an eye for detail and an ear for the unspoken
  • Ability to translate complex information bi-directionally, to and from the partner/the business
  • Skilled at seeing the connective tissues that exist between divisions/teams/partners
  • Creative thinkers & problem solvers who can knit together disparate tactics across the business into a cohesive overarching strategy
  • Experienced in strategy development
  • Highly experienced in drawing actionable insight from performance analysis
  • Knowledgeable in the impact of end-to-end digital experience on A&R performance
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Highly organized and meticulous
  • Strong stakeholder management ability
