  • Leading a team in delivering the experience our guests are already enjoying.
  • Oversee the quality process to ensure customer satisfaction by consistent delivery of both product quality and service
  • Meet with potential clients to promote the hotel and maximise sales
  • Work closely with the revenue management team to develop effective pricing strategies for the business

REQUIREMENTS To succeed in the role of General Manager, you will need the following qualities and skills.
  • Proven track record of successfully establishing and directing a team within a full-service property.
  • Property industry work experience, demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance.
  • Possess excellent organisation and time management skills with an eye for detail and the ability to use own initiative.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to work well under pressure whilst maintaining a positive, can-do attitude and be highly motivated with a drive to succeed to be the best.
  • Customer focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional levels of guest service.
  • Excellent leadership skills with a hands-on approach and lead-by-example work style.
  • Ability to find creative solutions, offering advice and recommendations.
  • Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence, time, and energy.
  • Experience of using IT Systems on various platforms
  • An open, positive, and communicative personality
  • Ability to handle multiple challenging priorities and assignments.
  • Excellent knowledge of the local market (preferred)
  • Previous experience working within a similar property.
  • Balanced approach to our people, commercial and the community.
  • Experience managing and coordinating a large team.
  • A strong focus on F&B/C&B within a similar outlet
