Job Description

Full-Stack Software DeveloperLocation: Manchester or ReigateJob Type: Full-TimeReporting to: Lead Tech EngineerWFH: 3 days a weekSalary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum (depending on experience)A market leading SaaS application, we are a rapidly growing solutions provider, servicing 1,600+ clients since our inception just over a decade ago. We love working with cutting edge technology, working hard as a close-knit team to keep our softwareas innovative as possible.We are seeking someone who is, or wants to become, a full-stack engineer. Your key responsibilities will be more than just writing code, you will also be given chances to engage with architecture, design, business demos and automated testing, taking a hands-onrole wherever appropriate throughout the SDLC.The system you will be working on is event-driven microservice architecture. Some of the most exciting technologies you will be given the chance to work with are Python 3, Golang, AWS and NLP AI systems. In addition to 3 days a week working from home, andlearning and development opportunities in the latest tech, the role comes with a strong benefits package, listed below.Benefits:

Required for this role:
  • Hands on development experience in Python, Golang, or similar
  • Development experience with JavaScript/Typescript (and any modern framework), and then HTML and CSS
  • Experience with Git version control
  • Experience with SQL
  • Knowledge of Agile workflows
  • Knowledge of event-driven architecture
Beneficial to have:
  • Machine learning experience
  • Hands on AWS experience
  • Knowledge of CI pipelines
  • Knowledge of NLP, or any voice driven AI
  • Experience with Terraform or similar
