Our mission is to give people better and easier access to the best legal services in the UK.We are undergoing a huge transformation across all areas of the business, with a focus on people and technology, making legal services more accessible, and improving the overall brand and customer experience.There has been significant investment into the growth of the marketing team, bringing in industry leading expertise across retail marketing, data analysis, digital strategy, PPC, Search, UX and development.We are now looking for an ambitious front-end developer to join our team to help build-out our internal development capabilities across websites and applications.What you will be doing: We have recently migrated our main Slater and Gordon website onto an Azure environment and are transforming the digital experience by bringing to life a market leading proposition through digital touch points.Alongside this, we are embarking on an exciting and ambitious programme of activity to redesign and redevelop the website away from Umbraco and onto a modern headless architecture and designing and building new experiences to support market lead changes.We will be taking advantage of modern development tools and practices to iteratively migrate the website, which is the number one conversion channel for the business.You will work closely with our partner development agency to understand and immerse yourself into the process and technologies the team have been implementing most recently and own the evolution and progression of these processes.Above all, this is a hands-on developer role where the successful candidate will be working with our Senior Developers, UX designers and digital project managers to incrementally improve the current website experience and conversion opportunities.About You:
