British International Actor (1M+ followers)UK - Remote£2,000 - £3,000pm depending on experienceFull We are looking for a Freelance Social Media Manager and Content Creator to strategically grow the talents personal brand and social media channels. This person must be comfortable filming, creating and editing engaging visual and written content that accuratelyrepresents the talents personal brand on TikTok, Instagram and Facebook. You will be responsible for formulating and implementing digital strategies. In addition, you will be administering the social media accounts, managing posts and responding to followers.You will mainly work side by side with the talent, but will occasionally work with his commercial sponsors. You will also need to perform various PR responsibilities in collaboration with the talents agent.Responsibilities:Freelance Social Media Manager and Content Creator with flexible hours, who will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Plan and create social media content. Maintain the content calendar ensuring posts are regular, relevant, engaging and consistent.
• Produce TikToks, Instagram and Facebook Reels, Behind The Scene clips, videography/photography etc.
• Actively manage engagement across social media platforms; connect with fans and followers to build relationships.
• Occasionally attend film sets, brand sponsorship campaigns and events with the talent to build and gain content.
• Remain proactive, watching for emerging trends to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns for scalability to develop new strategies for increasing engagement.
• Improve the talents personal brand exposure; grow audiences and build relationships on all social media platforms.
• Monitor and develop the performance of the overall marketing strategy, namely growth and engagement.
• Collaborate with commercial agent to interact with media and journalists.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years experience of social media management and content creation across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
• Proven track-record of creating successful social media content, with experience developing a social following, increasing engagement, and building a brand; either through growing your personal account or for a client(s).
• Experience of social media strategy, analytics, management tools, KPIs and goals to increase a digital audience and engagement.
• Has or working towards a qualification in Social Media Marketing or related field - preferred but not essential.
• PR experience with Media contacts - preferred but not essential.
• Passport and UK Driving licence are essential.
