Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.A typical day would be to daily review merchant transactions to flag or identify suspicious activity via the ClearAccept alert system and escalate accordingly. You’ll Identify transactional patterns that do not fit the expected activity and perform an investigationto ensure compliance with card scheme regulations and internal policy and procedure. You’ll also recommend reviews of risk and/ or security terms as appropriate.To succeed, you’ll need 2 years + of experience in a fraud role in payments or financial services setting. You’ll understand AML controls and merchant compliance requirements (KYC, KYB, ID&V, PEP’s and Sanctions).
