Role: Financial Planning and Analysis ManagerStatus: Permanent Salary: competitive + excellent benefits Location: Manchester This is a fantastic opportunity for an Senior FP&A lead who is looking for their next career move, this is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded accounts individual to utilise their financial planning and analysis expertise further, within a fastmoving, forward thinking organisation based in South Manchester. (hybrid working opportunities) Responsibilities:You will be responsible for managing a small team of revenue and financial reporting accountants. Providing an effective business partnering service to a number of non finance teams across the business. Accountable for customer and profitability analysis, analysisof financial trends, revenue and margin performance. Assisting with budget setting through revenue and profit target setting. Making recommendations to drive decision making and suggesting new ways of reporting to create maximum efficiency and value add output. Experience required for this role: ACCA/ ACA/ CIMA qualified Accountant or similar qualified by experience Experience working for large complex organisations Exceptional Finance management and/or financial planning, analysis and business partnering expertiseRevenue and margin experience is advantageous Strong leadership and/or management experience of a small teamAbility to access impacts and compile analysis reportsStrong stakeholder/ business partnering expertise Exceptional business / commercial acumenAbility to prioritise workloads, works well both autonomously and as part of a teamExceptional communication skills - ability to liaise with personnel at all levelsAbility to work in a fast paced / agile environment Excellent IT systems knowledge and experience - Advanced in Excel Please apply without delay as there is a deadline with this role.
