Job title: FLT/Stores operative Job location: Audenshaw, Manchester Hourly Rate: £22,087.00 + overtime Shifts: Days and Afternoons, week about Hours per week: 39-hour week, Monday to Friday + overtime when required Duration: PermanentStart date: Immediate Industries considered: Stores, Warehouse Operative Disciplines considered: Counter Balance FLT Operative Client Summary: Global Leader in the Logistics and the movement of freightPosition SummaryWe are looking to recruit an experienced CB/FLT Operator to work within our Stores System for our Depot at Guide Bridge, Audenshaw, Manchester, to commence work with immediate effectThe successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking duties that ensures the efficient and effective operation of the Stores facilityCheck and action daily reportsMaterial rejection and warranty claimsUndertake perpetual stock check countsEnsure compliance with CoSHH regulationsManagement and resolution of delivery issues whilst progressing outstanding Purchase Orders and Despatch Notes with suppliers to ensure supply meets demand at all timesOperation of Counter Balance FLTEnsure that stores and related facilities are maintained to a high standard at all timesThe above points are not a conclusive list of responsibilities but form a key point of the requirements of the rolePerson Profile/Experience:An experienced FLT Operator, you will have previous experience of undertaking all the elements above whilst maintaining a high standard of work, maintaining a good sense of humourYou will be a Team Player but equally be able to work alone and support yourself throughout the day, a proactive worker, you will be required to adhere to health and safety and local safety policy requirements, and other safety and technical standards.
