Fire Technical OfficerSalary: £35,877 - £48,850Job Type: Full Time, PermanentLocation: South ManchesterBenefits: Competitive pension, 26 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing with service, cycle to work scheme, season ticket loans for public transport plus much more.Reporting to the Fire Safety Manager, the Fire Technical Officer will be essential in ensuring full compliance throughout the fire contracts through effective management and communications. The Technical Officer will be required to have an in depth knowledgeof fire safety matters, including compartmentation, fire doors, fire detection & alarms and sprinkler systems. The Technical Officer will be trained to a specialist level, with a minimum NEBOSH Fire Safety qualification.About our company:Great Places Housing Group is not your average housing association.
