Are you a commercially astute finance professional with strong financial modelling skillsHighly reputable and well-established corporate finance house are looking to appoint a technically strong financial modeller to support the mergers and acquisitions, debt advisory, private equity, and management advisory functions.This is a newly created and varied role where you will be actively involved in the origination, financial modelling and evaluation of new investment opportunities and disposals. You will monitor and advise on client performance and current funding requirements, produce financial analysis key in the negotiation for the re-financing of debt facilities and help clients make better decisions.You will strive to add significant value on a wide variety of transactions across several industries, including commercial valuations for both debt and equity investments, and identify recent deals and potential new business valuation opportunities through market researchThe successful candidate must be a self-starter with first class analysis and financial modelling skills. You will possess excellent communication and relationship management skills and be accustomed to producing high levels of work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
