The OpportunityOur client, a PE backed market leading SAAS firm based in Greater Manchester, is currently undergoing a period of substantial growth. The company has revenues in excess of £200m and is showing no signs of slowing down. The client requires an exceptionaland hands on individual to provide extensive support to the experienced CFO. You will be providing additional experience to an already seasoned finance function whilst ensuring a fit for purpose finance function in line with business growth.The Role- Working directly with the experienced CFO on strategic initiatives- Ensuring best in class financial controls and processes- Delivering quality MI to PE investors and board- Supporting the year end processes including stat accounts and budgeting- Supporting the company financial model- Partnering with data to ensure effective flow of MI and analytics- Supporting M&A opportunities- Providing technical expertise including IFRSThe Individual- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified accountant (ideally practice trained)- Prior experience of working in SAAS is favourable- Prior experience of working in a PE environment- Strong technical accounting skills- Comfortable leading a small team and partnering with C-Level individuals- 3 days p. week in the office- Able to operate in a highly dynamic business with significant growth
