Job Description

Financial ControllerBased: Trafford ParkSalary: up to £45k dependent on experience, excellent benefits and opportunities within a growing SMEI am exclusively working with a fantastic, industry leading business in an exciting sector that are growing rapidly. The business are known for offering a complete end to end service to a number of high profile customers across the UK and have been expandingfor the last few years with plans to double turnover in the next 3-5 yearsWe are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join the team. Role will be reporting directly to the Director and working closely with the SLT - an exciting number 1 role in a growing SMERole:

  • Producing monthly management accounts and financial information
  • Presenting monthly accounts to Directors to aid decision making and support business growth
  • Developing, implementing and managing systems/controls across finance
  • Supervising a small team with sales & purchase ledger duties, ensuring accuracy
  • Bank reconciliations, supplier reconciliations, VAT returns
  • First point of contact for banks, external accountants and 3rd parties
  • Producing financial reports and liaising with company auditors at year end
  • Managing the processing of payroll via outsourced Bureau
Experience:
  • ACCA, CIMA qualified OR QBE Finance Manager
  • Experience working in a growing SME
  • Ability to communicate at all levels and work closely with a senior leadership team
  • Strong Excel and IT knowledge
  • Staff management experience desirable
