Page Personnel are recruiting for a Finance Administrator on behalf of a large, well established business based in Eccles.The purpose of the role is to provide administrative and accounting support to the department and wider business.Client DetailsThe business has been established for over 100 years and has operational hubs across Europe, Asia and the Americas.As a global business with over 30,000 employees and a turnover of more than £5 billion the business provides an excellent platform from which to achieve your professional goals.DescriptionDuties include:- Completion of sales invoices- Processing supplier invoices for payment- Ensuring overhead costs are allocated correctly- Manage and maintain accurate customer/supplier records- Liaising with the wider business to set up new customers/suppliers when required- Taking responsibility for the finance inbox and ensuring any queries are resolved- Raise any credit notes and send any copy invoices when required- Deferred statement reconciliations- Ad hoc finance admin tasksProfileThe successful candidate will:
