  • Strong base salary of £24,000
  • Uncapped commission structure going up to 35%

The Day-To-Day - Finance Recruitment Consultant 180 Role- Maintaining client relationships- Sourcing candidates through headhunting, advertising, networking and using the company database- Preparing candidates for interviews- Being the middleman throughout the process- Negotiating the best deal for your candidateFull 360 Role- Researching the market- Winning new clients through cold calling (business development)- Maintaining relationships with clients through client meetings- (completing the rest of the 180 role as stated above!)The Ideal Candidates - Finance Recruitment Consultant
  • Degree educated with a 2:2 or above in any discipline
  • Previous sales or commercial experience is an added bonus
  • Self-starter
  • Confident and outgoing
  • Articulate and able to build rapport
  • Financially driven
  • Team player but also an independent worker
