BTG Recruitment are working with a successful international group who are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Finance Manager, The Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent) will ensure financial compliance, manage cash flow, and oversee payrolloperations. This pivotal role involves optimizing cash flow, mitigating risks, and ensuring accurate filing of statutory returns. Key Responsibilities:* Compliance & Reporting:* Prepare and submit VAT returns, manage PAYE reporting, and handle other statutory submissions.* Treasury & Cash Flow:* Oversee daily cash flow, develop strategies for working capital optimization, and manage bank relationships.* Reconcile bank statements, manage multi-currency transactions, and optimize invoice discounting facility.* Payroll:* Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, collaborating with HR on record-keeping and benefits.* Financial Analytics & Reporting:* Analyze financial data, prepare reports on performance, cash flow, and compliance metrics.Qualifications & Skills:* Qualified Accountant.* Strong understanding of VAT, PAYE, and UK tax regulations.* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and financial reporting software.* Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and effective communication.Experience Requirements:* Proven track record in managing compliance, treasury, and/or payroll in a manufacturing or industrial setting.* Experience with multi-currency transactions, bank relationships, and statutory return submissions.Join us for a rewarding role, contributing your expertise to our client.
