This, alongside all existing and pipelined work means the person who comes into this role needs to be highly ambitious and able to meet the demands of a scale-up.Overseeing a well-established finance team of 2 who cover all AP/AR work, your focus will be to produce the monthly management accounts, maintain a 13wk rolling cashflow forecast and provide the Directors with strategic insights to drive profitability andgrowth.Chatting with the MD, hes very open and honest about the fact that certain financial processes and systems could be improved, so hes all-ears to new ideas and procedures to improve efficiencies.
