This organisation has many long serving members of staff which highlights how good the working environment is.My client now has an URGENT requirement for a Finance Manager therefore you will either be immediately available or available on short notice. This is permanent opportunity working at the office 5 days a week. Flexible start and finish times are availablefor this role.Your new role as a Finance Manager:Your duties will include:VAT returns, FCA returns and government statics returnsPreparation of monthly management accounts, P & L accounts and balance sheetsPreparation of yearend statutory accountsCash flow forecast and projectionsBudgeting and variance analysisPreparation of management informationAnalysis of sales figures and forecastingPreparation of one year cost projections monthlyStock takeCheck and input supplier invoices into the systemProcessing supplier payments, staff expenses, foreign supplier payments by BACS and fast paymentsDirect Debit collection and credit controlIdentification of business risks and opportunitiesBank, supplier statements and balance sheet reconciliationsAdvising management about internal control system, business risk, financial risk and process improvementAsist with R & D allowance calculation, capitalise research and development cost and amortisationPreparation of five-year billing forecast based on sales contractsAdhoc task duties when requiredThe Experience & Qualifications Required:The successful Candidate shall be/have:ACCA or CIMA part or fully qualifiedStrong communication skillsAdvanced Excel user- Vlookups, Xlookup, Macro, If, Sumif and pivot tables etcSound accounting knowledge to deal with complicated reconciliations.Ability to manage several ongoing tasks and keep to deadlines.Must have previous experience of producing the full set of management accountsCo-operative team worker who is willing to support others.Experience using Microsoft Dynamics would be beneficialYour Reward & The Package On Offer:As a Finance Manager you shall receive:A salary of £32,000 - £36,000 depending on experiencePensionHealthcare insuranceParking20 days Holidays + 8 bank holidays (after 5 years of service an extra year of bank holidays is added for each year served)Interested Apply or get in touch on (M): , (T): or (E): to speak to Sonia SidjeWho Are Butler RoseButler Rose specialises in the recruitment of accountancy and finance professionals, from transactional and part-qualified appointments through to Group FDs.With offices in Manchester, Preston, Leeds, Birmingham, Exeter, London, Milton Keynes and Southampton, we work with a range of businesses across the UK from SMEs and local accountancy firms to large Plcs and the Big 4, as well as many public sector and not-for-profitorganisations.
