What are the key accountabilities for this role
  • Discovery & Due Diligence
    • In accordance with Integration procedures and using the Integration “Tool set”, assist with target acquisition Financial Due Diligence from a finance process perspective. Pre and post-acquisition, conduct “Discovery” activities to inform planning and requirementsto integrate the acquired business into Clear Course finance, and the Shared Service Centre.
  • Taking the lead role in project managing the delivery of finance integration for a portfolio of acquired businesses in to the Clear Course finance systems and Shared Service Centre.
  • Developing the project plan and independently interacting with senior stakeholders
  • Conducting Risk and Opportunity Reviews
  • Support the NetSuite team to evaluate the acquired businesses systems and determine how they will be supported by the Target Operating Model
