Job Description

Finance Executive - Incredible Benefits!Manchester City Centre£24,000 - £26,000This business has genuinely one of the best benefits packages I have seen as they base their incentives on the needs of their employees:

They have consulted with the team and asked them whats important to them and how they can accommodate for their lives outside of work - and they have delivered!Now in a position to strengthen their finance team, theyre on the lookout for a master of transactional accounting; an individual who can take control of purchase & sales ledger; streamline processes and work with the Head of Finance to implement changeshowever know they can leave work at the door at the end of the day.Its the perfect role for an individual who has finance experience and loves what they do; someone who wants a meaty role where theyre building relationships with supplies & customers but not someone who necessarily wants to burn themselves out by climbingthe career ladder.You will still have access to internal & external training courses but you will be under absolutely no pressure to work yourself to the ground in order to progress; the Directors believe that upskilling their workforce and letting you develop organicallyis more important than creating a pressure cooker environment!This role is available on an immediate start (however if you do have a 1-2-week notice, this will also be considered) - please submit your CV to as Im interviewing immediately.
