Job Description

Due to rapid continued growth and expansion my client a highly successful Professional Services Business is looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner to support the Head of Corporate Services. This is a key role in the team and we are ideally looking for candidates from a similar background.The primary purpose of this role is to manage the day-to-day finance and commercial activities of this successful Consultancy.Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of colleagues in the relevant area of expertise
  • Maintenance of the Accounting systems and financial data
  • Ownership of the organisation’s IT and ensuring financial systems are aligned and employees are effectively trained on their use
  • Liaising with clients (POs/contracts, raising invoices, debt collection) Preparation of forecasts and cash flows Support timely production of statutory accounts and internal financial reports
  • Responsible for the timely production of the management accounts ensuring compliance with the relevant accounting standards
    • Essential Attributes:
  • A self-starter, with the ability to operate in a dynamic environment
  • A thorough understanding of both Professional Services and Finance applications and how they are used effectively
  • You will be able to demonstrate your experience of interacting effectively with a vibrant and dynamic advisory team
  • Proven communications skills with clients that have led to successful outcomes in relation to the role
  • CIMA/ACCA Qualified A minimum of 5-year experience in a similar role
