Job Description

Finance Business Partner Property DevelopmentGrowing BusinessI am currently working with a growing property development business, part of a well-known Manchester brand. They’re looking to hire a Finance Business Partner to join a Finance team of six, work alongside the Finance Manager and report directly into the Group Financial Controller and Stakeholders within the business.Key responsibilities:

  • Reporting weekly, monthly & quarterly to Directors Stakeholders and Investors
  • Reconciliation of reports
  • Monthly / Quarterly Annual forecasts and budgets
  • Business partnering with key internal and external stakeholders as well as business unit heads
  • Looking at ways of improving financial efficiency
  • Contributing towards a variety of process improvements
  • Contributing towards the month end process
  • Providing detailed financial analysis
  • Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders
    • Key skills:
  • A proven track record of business partnering with department heads and key stakeholders
  • Strong experience in producing budgets and forecasts
  • MUST be fully qualified (ACCA/CIMA)
  • Have strong experience in improving financial efficiency in previous roles
  • Excellent Excel skills and analytical ability
  • Business acumen and interest
  • Organisational skills and ability to manage deadlines
    • For this you will receive a competitive base salary of between £45,000 - £50,000 + benefits. Required skills
