Robert Walters are excited to be representing a high growth Manchester based e-commerce business as they look to appoint a dynamic Finance Business Partner to join their impressive Manchester offices. Youll report into the CFO, sitting with the commercial& operational teams, providing key financial insight to drive continued success for this recognisable brand.As the commercial finance stakeholder in the business, youll be the go-to individual for key information around market opportunities, pricing, sales profitability & numbers around the launching of new products. Youll also support on corporate finance activityaround business growth, such as M&A and investment appraisals.The role:* Building strong working relationships with the exec team along with sales & operations. * KPI review with presentations at weekly management meetings.* Commercial terms reviews & marketing spend analysis.* Strategic project support, including M&A. * Analysis of commercial & customer data with communication of the impact to the business. * Driving revenues around new produces & contracts. * Reporting improvements & identification and delivery on the finance functions reporting capabilities.* Rolling P&L forecasting including integrated working capital models.* Leading the annual budget cycle working with cross functional teams to develop financial outputs. * Weekly & monthly commercial reporting and presentation in meetings.* Analysis on profitability, margins & pricing.Essential experience:* Fully qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA).* Demonstrable FBP & FP&A experience ideally within an SME.* Previous experience of working with high customer impact functions such as Trading * Marketing and Ops.* A commercial & resilient character with the ability to operate in a fast paced and challenging environment.* Excellent communication skills, including presentation to senior stakeholders.* Strong IT skills with BI/MI tools & advanced Excel modelling ability.* High energy, ambition, and commercially.As the new Finance Business Partner, you will join this successful, growing, well-known & widely used brand, based in impressive Manchester offices (with hybrid & flexible working).
