Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be creating & sending monthly bills to clients and assisting in recovery of unpaid bills as well as undertaking various ad hoc duties withinthe department. This role is perfect for someone who is looking for their second or third role post-University and is keen to progress their career.What youll be doing•Preparing and sending client bills.•Liaising with fee earners to ensure clients are billed in a timely manner.•Monitoring client balances and following up with clients to ensure bills are paid.•Chasing clients where amounts are outstanding.•Providing support to the Finance Manager, where required.•Providing support to the Legal Cashier, where required.•Supporting improvement initiatives, including billing process improvement and automation.•Additional transactional Finance processing duties.What youll need to apply•1-2 years of experience in billing.•A strong degree level education.•Qualified or part qualified preferred but not essential (CIMA, ACA, ACCA).What youll get in return for your talents•Basic salary of up to £35,000 per annum. •25 days holiday plus bank holidays.•Bupa private healthcare.•Dental insurance.•Subsidised fitness club membership.•Employee assistance program.Please note that this role is office based in the center of Manchester 5 days a week.What’s nextHit apply or contact Jack directly!
