Key Responsibilities will include but not be limited too:
  • Code invoices and be the gatekeeper of accuracy.
  • Match up invoices and purchase orders like a pro.
  • Help predict cash flow weekly for smart financial planning.
  • Dive into time logs for the best resource allocation.
  • Be the go-to guru for purchase ledger queries.
  • Create purchase orders and keep an eagle eye on prices.
  • Build unbreakable bonds with our suppliers.
  • Tackle monthly staff, cash, and credit card expenses.
Requirements:
  • Finance administration experience
  • Good working understanding of Microsoft products - excel etc.
  • Organized, efficient, and a self starter
