Job Description

Area - Midlands and North, based from home, must be physically fit and not afraid to work at height, as the position does involve demonstrating our equipment which involve lifting and access ladders up to 5m high.Operating within the UK predominantly and a small level of activity in Europe. They manufacture high quality access solutions to allow safe, rapid access from the ground to roofline levels and are a cost-effective alternative to scaffolding.ROLETo further develop an already successful area via introducing new routes to market and clients to the business.RESPONSIBILITIES

  • B2B calling to identify and source new customers.
  • Arrange Sales meetings with new and existing clients.
  • Identify new routes to market via promoting our new products
  • Produce the necessary quotations for the products with the assistance of the Sales Office.
  • Follow up on the issued quotes and close the sales.
  • Provide sales forecasts on a monthly basis.
  • Provide an excellent aftersales service.
  • Support the business at trade shows and exhibitions.
  • Maintain a high rate of Business Development calls.
  • Adhere to our Health & Safety Policy at all times and ensure others do also.
  • PERSON SPECIFICATION· Experienced in Field base selling. Preferably of a roofing background (but not essential)
  • Proven track record to enrolling new clients to your business.
  • Sales driven with a desire to grow his/her personal career and the business.
  • Must be confident in both cold calling and face to face selling.
  • The candidate will need to be fit and healthy and able to demonstrate the product which requires the assembly and disassembly of the product.
  • Comfortable with heights.
  • Willing to travel when necessary which may involve overnight stays.
  • Smart and presentable.
  • IT Literate in Excel and Word.
