FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE - Logistics IndustryManchesterUp to 35K Basic + Uncapped Commission + Car AllowanceFANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY WITH A GREAT COMPANY:We are recruiting for a Field Sales Executive to grow the North West UK for one of our key clients.As a Field Sales Executive, you will work to gain new business and take the lead on growing a larger territory base.This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced field salesperson advanced Air/Sea Logistics industry knowledge to join and help grow an innovative and expanding company. You will use your skills to grow a large territory, focusing on building a new client base while getting to know and maintain excellent relationships with existing business. With full support of internal teams, you will research and implement business development projects.Your experience will include having Air and Sea freight forwarding knowledge, field sales with focus on expanding territories, hitting targets and keeping monthly reports, and most importantly have a confident and upbeat personality!FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop new business opportunities
  • Manage and develop existing customers, maintaining relationships and reignite relationships with lapsed customers
  • Hit agreed sales targets and KPIs
  • Work closely with the internal team, coordinating the sales development and managing new projects
  • Supply management with weekly reports, updating and communicating developments and future plans
  • FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE PERSON SPECIFICATION:
  • Proven work experience as a sales representative within the logistics industry.
  • Extensive knowledge within Air and Sea freight industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Prioritising, time management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
