Sales Associate - ManchesterCompensation:Basic £25K + Commission The role of Sales Associate requires the successful candidate to work Monday to Saturday. You will be joining a diverse, multicultural team from a multitude of commercial backgrounds with a startup mindset and an eagerness to disrupt conventional wisdom.Home-Made needs you if you want to:• Book and accompany prospective tenants on property viewings across Manchester supported by our tech platform• Effectively self-mange your applicant database maximising viewing opportunities• Diligently and comprehensively record/report customer feedback and offers to your manager and the administration team• Ensure your figures book is up to date in real time• Generate quality leads through a variety of avenues including cold calls/networking• Participate in marketing initiatives• Attend regular training sessionsHome-Made need you because you have:• 9 to 18 months customers facing experience a must; sales experience a bonus• Experience in a fast paced environment; start-up a bonus• Excellent communication skills, both in the office and with customers• You will have an entrepreneurial drive, demonstrated through past endeavours• A self-starter who is driven to succeed and loves hitting targets• Willingness to contribute your ideas and feedback to the team in line with the companies overall goals - this is a start-up so your opinions are important to us!• You’re a quick thinker and capable of assessing a customer’s needs• You’re naturally charming, charismatic and able to establish rapport with your customers• Possess fantastic organisational skills so you can manage and prioritise your time/tasks effectivelyWho are Home-MadeHome Made is first and foremost a prop-tech company.
