Job Description

Do you have fares and ticketing experience from the Travel industryAre you looking for mornings to yourself, working in the afternoon / evening and to work from homeDo you have GDS skills in Galileo or AmadeusThen we want to hear from you!We currently have a new opportunity for a Fares and Ticketing consultant, from a business travel or tour operator background with a good understanding of business travel ticketing operations.As a fares and ticketing consultant you will:

  • Work in a busy ticketing team using Galileo
  • Issue schedule airline tickets in a GDS
  • Organise reissues and refunds and deal with changes too.
  • Work to SLAs depending on airline and ticket issue dates.
The successful fares and ticketing consultant will have :
  • Excellent Ticketing experience on one of the major GDS systems (Galileo would be an advantage )
  • Have experience of working in a flights reservations department or a fares and ticketing department, from with a TMC or business travel ideally - Tour operator ticketing consultants will also be considered
Other info:
  • Hours are 1.45pm - 10.30pm, Monday to Friday only
  • Progression opportunities available
  • Salary up to £30,000 plus bonus and benefits
