We are recruiting for a hardworking and conscientious employee to join our company as a factory labourer. You will be trained as a grinder. Experience of using angle and die grinders is advantageous but full training will be given. The successful personmust be hardworking and able to produce good quality work whilst keeping pace with the line.Responsibilities: To use angle and die grinders to polish steel forks to the required standard To work in a line environment as part of a team and achieve the daily targets To ensure grinding meets quality expectations Good housekeeping and general cleanliness of the grinding area at all timesSkills & Experience: Must have experience of working in a heavy manufacturing environment Must have experience of working in a production line to targets Must be used to a physical role Knowledge of working with large products is an advantage Must have attention to detail Must be able to adhere to health and safety procedures and work in a safe manner Preferable experience of slinging and chain use however full training will be provided.Our client are looking for a flexible hardworking individual with a strong work ethic to join our company. This person must be self-motivated, have good attendance and timekeeping, and must be able to work accurately and safely.
