Our client is a global logistics provider offering a range of freight solutions across the globe. They are a growing presence in the UK and looking to add an Export Executive to their Manchester team. They are looking for someone experienced in specifically in Exports ideally with experience in Ocean Freight.The role will be working to provide operational support to customers during the shipping process including assisting with quotations and initial bookings; customer documentation; monitoring shipment progress and managing customers throughout. This role requires a high level of customer service along with the ability to work alongside a variety of stakeholders within in the business.Ideally this person will have at least 2 years experience working with Exports and a knowledge of multi-modal operations. Experience in Ocean freight is essential for the role; having Air freight experience would be an advantage as having a flexible work force but training would be available. The role requires effective communicators, organised and able to deliver against KPIs.On offer is a salary of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum with the opportunity to earn an additional bonus based on personal and company performance.
