I am thrilled to be exclusively partnering with a leading B2B retailer based in Manchester on their Search for an experienced Export Coordinator.The key responsibilities for the Export coordinator will include:* Managing export declarations and associated paperwork* Handling of all shipping documentation* Keep MSS Data records and proof of shipments* Apply for required certificates of origin/licenses* Check, process and submit documents for export letters of credit* Dealing with cross trade shipmentsKey Essentials skills required for the role:* A minimum of 3yrs export experience* Knowledge of commodity codes, duties, taxes etc* Knowledge of Trade Finance/ export LCs/ DA presentations* Previous experience of using a Duty Management system* Knowledge of exports procedures such as NCTS* Experience within transport/logistics* Excellent numeracy, organisation and administration skillsDesirable skills:* Previous experience exporting fashion wear garments* Degree educated in a relevant subjectThis role is offering a salary between £25,000 and £30,000, and is a Monday to Friday role based in Head Office.Search is an equal opportunities recruiter and we welcome applications from all suitably skilled or qualified applicants, regardless of their race, sex, disability, religion/beliefs, sexual orientation or age.
